Hotel Dorfer Alpine&Charming - Selva di Val Gardena

The hotel has amazing staff and facilities. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The location was very close to shops, made transportation easy. Parking was also free, a great convenience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the quality of the food provided, which offered a wide variety of options. The friendly staff was a plus, as they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. the atmosphere of the hotel was warm and cosy, which added to the festive mood. The location of the hotel was optimal, as it was within walking distance of the ski slopes, making it easy to get to and from.

The price of alcoholic drinks was too expensive, making it hard to enjoy them without thinking about the cost. the gym and pool were not available, which was a disappointment, as I had hoped to have access to these amenities during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Situated on the sunny side of the valley, the location was absolutely stunning. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff attending to our every need. We were pleasantly surprised by the room service and the variety of shops and commercial services available. Additionally, the laundry service and airport shuttle were very convenient. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The ski equipment hire was a great feature for those wanting to hit the slopes. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance provided ensured that we made the most of our time here. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar available to us. The sitting area and terrace were cozy and provided a lovely view of the garden. The free toiletries and am/fm alarm clock were thoughtful additions. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floors made our stay even more enjoyable. The dining restaurant offered delicious food, and we especially appreciated the option of in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. this place offers incredible comfort and quality services. We highly recommend it to others.

Located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, this hotel is well positioned for accessing the local area. the spacious rooms are impeccably clean and feature a modern en-suite bathroom. the friendly staff provide excellent service and the varied breakfast offers a good start to the day. Guests can also enjoy the on-site spa facilities and free parking.

The price of drinks at the bar is quite steep and would benefit from being more reasonably priced.

the food was more than satisfactory, with a buffet breakfast that had a range of items to choose from and eggs made to order. Dinner surpassed our expectations with four courses including a buffet starter, pasta and main dish. the location was not an issue as the slopes were a mere 100 meters away, perfect for skiing. the ski room was practical, with ample space to store our equipment.

The main drawback for us was the steep prices for alcoholic drinks. We found the prices to be unreasonable, which detracted from our overall experience.
